How does Wiesel Present himself at the beginning of the book and at the end?
When the book begins the reader immediately gets wave of strong religious belief coming from Wiesel. Saying things like no matter what struggles lie in my feature i wall never give up my faith in God. I may lose all trust in humanity but my faith will remain to true. Then towards the end of the book, when Wiesel's struggles are filled with death and destruction his faith in God diminishes. Similar to Job, Wiesel went through terrible hardships and lost everything he owned during the Holocaust. Different from Job, He didn't get any of it back.
I agree, by the end of the book Wiesel had lost all faith in everything. There was nothing left in the world for him. After he tried to pray to God for help he got nothing. If I was in his position I would have felt the same way. Job was lucky in the end and managed to get everything that he lost back.
